Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Include the order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Refund requests sent beyond the 14-day period may not be accepted.

Refund Approval

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions

Please note that refunds are not granted for any reasons outside the conditions listed above. Since our products are digital and cannot be "returned," all sales are otherwise final.
