At HrDocs, we aim to provide valuable resources and a seamless experience for our customers. If you need to cancel a subscription or service, please review the following policy to understand the conditions and process.
Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to HrDocs services until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of the month.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel an annual subscription, but access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations mid-year.
One-Time Purchases and Digital Products
For one-time purchases and digital products (such as document downloads or templates), all sales are final, and cancellations are not applicable. Please review product descriptions and details before making a purchase.
How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel a subscription, log in to your account on our platform, navigate to the subscription settings, and select the cancel option. Alternatively, you may contact our support team for assistance with cancellations.
Important Notes
- No Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for remaining time on a subscription after cancellation.
- Access Upon Cancellation: After the billing cycle ends, access to the HrDocs platform and resources will no longer be available unless a new subscription is purchased.
